Welding has a fundamental role in several engineering projects that are part of the industrial field. During development this practice, throughout years, dependence on operator's performance execution procedure been must. In order to respond growth manufacturing industry, standardization parameters involved such as travel speed, arc length, frequency and amplitude must be sought. The knowledge influence these variables should analyzed from early stages technical educational process establish repercussions applications generated. Taking into account human, social factors welding technologies and, due boom automation various processes, project developed programmable system for linear electric applications, taking reference operating principles existing models parameters. To facilitate detailed design, computer aided design tools were used. Finally, results, an algorithm is obtained significant learning prototype machine created application technique.
